We laid the groundwork for a successful festival by establishing a strong foundation and supporting the team in leveraging a growing contact list of over 50 key individuals.

By setting up a Mailchimp system and launch campaign, we helped generate awareness and consideration starting a month ahead of the fest until opening night.
High-Impact Content & Trailer
Our team provided clear direction for consistent messaging and ready-to-post content, while also creating the official festival trailer and hero content, which amassed over 4,800 views.
Immersive Event Design & Vendors
For launch night, we delivered comprehensive design and styling, from collateral to the space itself, and curated vendors for food and drinks.
Strong Community Response
By coordinating logistics and vendor communication, we ensured the vision came to life. Our efforts built community excitement, resulting in 70+ shares, many new community members, and contributed to a sold out opening night.
