World Bank | IMPACT Health: Branding & identity Toolkit

Overview

Improving health services in Papua New Guinea’s provinces is vital but hindered by complex funding and delays. The World Bank’s $30 million IMPACT Health project addresses this by providing direct funding to Provincial Health Authorities. The project aims to improve the quality and efficiency of health services at community health posts, centers, and district hospitals, ensuring better access to care for remote communities with the most urgent needs.

Challenge

The World Bank brought us on board to develop a visual identity and kit for the IMPACT Health project that communicates the project’s purpose in a way that community members can trust and connect with. Our approach focused on creating a consistent visual language that highlights the project’s commitment to improving healthcare services while ensuring it resonates with local communities, conveying a message of quality, reliability, and care.

Approach

Our brand identity process for the IMPACT Health project began with collaborative workshops, where we worked closely with The World Bank to define key elements for the visual identity and social media toolkit. We focused on crafting a brand that conveys authority and longevity, aligned with IMPACT Health’s mission. This intentional and focused approach ensures the branding effectively communicates the project’s goals and resonates with the communities it serves.
