PGK Medical: Branding & Launch

Overview

PGK Medical is a family practice led by Dr Helen Keteku-Adu, serving the Colebee, NSW community. Though it provides experience of a small clinic it has the versatile access to services that reflect the community’s needs. Because of this approach, they focus on community specific specialties such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and skin cancer. They also prioritize education and community empowerment to better cater to their patients.

Challenge

Principal Doctor, Helen Keteku wanted to use her passion and electric personality to convey and establish the brand as a community centered and health expert in the region. Finding balance between her personal brand and the practice brand would help us build PGK Medical’s brand identity and digital ecosystem.

Approach

PGK Medical was brought to us as a blanket idea that we unpacked through extensive workshops to collectively understand their vision, mission and how they want to be perceived in the market. Moodboard crafted branding and original imagery that was informed by the emotions and calm we wanted to fuse in to the practice/physical space – creating the perfect ambience for patients. 

Using data collected from market research, we were able to strategise a creative direction on all digital touchpoints that priorities the patient experience and their specific needs. By leveraging off Dr Helen Keteku’s personal brand, we used tactful storytelling to draw in her online audience on the journey to creating PGK Medical, a family – centric practice that was about to make a mark in Colebee, Western Sydney.

We established a LinkedIn Page, Instagram, website, and email marketing accounts to increase visibility and deepen brand education.

Continued Engagement via Email
To generate leads & bookings, a launch campaign was sent out to announce the opening and spread the word. Additionally, email marketing was set up to nurture patients and extend their journey with PGK beyond their visits.
